I'm on our Talent & Culture team and have a passion for improving the overall workplace experience and building a thriving culture. I love working with people, am a strong listener, and a strategic thinker. Since joining Bounteous, I've worked to provide new team members with a welcoming onboarding experience, as well as collaborate to streamline our processes and deliver extraordinary customer service. As a University of Colorado at Boulder graduate with a Bachelor Degree in International Affairs and a double minor in Political Science and Spanish, I'm able to apply my degree to support an ever-expanding Bounteous community, spread across multiple countries, cities, and time zones.
