My driving focus is to "make it easy" for consumers to have valuable interactions with brands across technology, ensuring clients have the necessary insight to make smart decisions that improve their businesses. My expertise is in web and mobile technologies, interactive marketing, and usability/UX. I've worked with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and early-stage companies. I have deep experience with commerce, Content Management systems, Social Media platforms, and Call Centers.
I studied at the University of Michigan in a combined graduate and undergraduate program and received a BS with High Honors in Computer Science.
