The theme of this year’s NACS Leadership forum was “The Heart of Convenience” and equipped attendees to take the necessary steps to enhance engagement, foster loyalty, and connect digitally-minded employees and customers to positively transform their business. Abbey Karel, Bounteous VP of Business Development hosted meetings and small discussion groups to talk about how to leverage technology to build a tech stack that meets the needs of today’s c-store consumer.
