The Intelligent Operator is an invitation-only evening at Sky Garden for senior telecom and media leaders across Europe. We are bringing together CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, Chairs, and Directors across digital, data, AI, network strategy, and commercial to explore what the operator of the future looks like when AI is woven into the business, not bolted onto it.

The venue is no accident. Sky Garden exists because someone created the right conditions for growth in a place that had no business being green. Roots, networks, branches reaching into every part of the structure. That is the conversation: how telcos and media businesses across Europe build those same conditions for AI to grow from the infrastructure up.

The evening features a keynote from our partners at Anthropic on the intelligence gap, live demonstrations of AI solutions that are already in the field and working across call centre operations, network management, and legacy platform transformation, and a Bounteous/Cartesian update on where European operators are heading next.
