Bounteous is proud to participating in ALL IN 2026, Canada's largest AI and Tech event in Montreal, taking place September 16-17, 2026. 

As part of this, we're hosting a client breakfast session titled 'The New Line Item: Predicting and Controlling AI Spend'.

Most 2027 budgets carry a line item that did not exist two years ago: what your people and your AI agents spend as they work. Pricing has moved from a fixed seat to consumption based, so the bill now climbs with activity you cannot fully see or predict. IT, Finance, and Operations all have shared responsibilities in both adopting AI and controlling the spend.

For leaders who own or influence AI budget, we will walk through the four-part approach we use with enterprise clients and inside our own business: predict spend and set limits before rollout, train people to use AI with intent, monitor consumption as it happens, and decide what to do when a limit is reached. We will make the case that limits paired with training drive better AI habits, while loose limits quietly teach bad ones. We will show a live look at the tool we built to monitor our own AI usage, then open the floor to your questions.
