HS2 Solutions Sweeps AEM Community Code Contest; Chosen to Deliver 7 Presentations at Adobe IMMERSE

Bounteous announces two big wins with Adobe. Our software engineers took home top honors of the AEM Community Code Contest, and We also have five people presenting at the upcoming Adobe IMMERSE conference, more than any other agency.

Brandon Maynard and Brian Langeland are the co-winners of the 2018 Adobe Community sponsored Code Contest. The contest consists of multiple choice questions related to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) testing their knowledge of the product and also a code submission demonstrating their solutioning expertise.

Maynard’s topic, Component Cloner, enables the author to drop the component cloner inside a parsys and then clone an existing component/structure as a one-to-one match. Look for Maynard's feature in ACS AEM Commons soon. Langeland’s topic of Custom Segmentation Store & Custom UI module for the ContextHub demonstrates how to resolve a segment from a hash string that appears on a URL.

We are also proud to announce that five of the agency’s AEM engineers have been selected to present at Adobe IMMERSE, the annual global conference for enterprise developers building solutions on AEM. With five presenters across seven different topics, we have more presenters than any other firm except for Adobe.

IMMERSE features in-depth product introductions, “how to” recipes, best practices, and code examples from experts in AEM. Our engineers will be presenting on a variety of topics different topics (a full speaker lineup can be found here):

  • The Model Dev/Ops Runbook: Giving managed services the details they need (Brett Birschbach)
  • AEM Upgrades - Avoiding pitfalls with an educated approach (Brendan Walsh)
  • Developing custom ContextHub Stores for all your unique personalization needs! (Brian Langeland)
  • Adobe Experience Manager Search Indexing Configuration (Ali Moussa)

“Our AEM practice continues to gain momentum in the market and I couldn’t be prouder of our lineup of experts presenting at IMMERSE,” said Brett Birschbach, Solution Architect and Adobe Lead. “The team’s world-class expertise and exceptional delivery record are why clients continue to come to us for thought leadership and guidance on their Adobe investments.”

Earlier this year, we received the Emerging Partner of the Year award at Adobe Summit, given to Adobe's top partner annually that has shown the most growth and sophistication in helping clients realize the benefits of the Adobe Experience cloud. We were selected for this award from more than 5,000 partners in the Adobe ecosystem.

Brett Birschbach was named the 2018 AEM Rockstar at Adobe Summit following his live demo on AEM Remote Assets. Birschbach was named the winner among 118 submissions and four global finalists.

We're also recognized as an AEM Specialized Business Partner, one of very few firms in the country with this distinction.
