Bounteous celebrates another winning of the Chicago Tribune's 2018 Top Workplaces award. This is our third consecutive year to be named to the paper's prestigious callout, recognizing the best companies to work for in the Chicagoland area. Award winners are credited with having dynamic, supportive, and inclusive company cultures.

In total, approximately 2,614 organizations were invited to participate. Some 129,671 of those companies’ employees were asked to complete a survey conducted by third-party employee engagement company Energage to identify the top 150, placing Bounteous in the top 25 of the small businesses category. A number of our team members were on hand at the Soldier Field ceremony to collect the award.

Top workplaces in Chicago boast 58 percent employee engagement versus the national employment engagement average of 31 percent. The top three culture drivers in Chicago are:

  1. Employees believing they’re heading in the right direction;
  2. Employers enabling their employees to reach their full potential;
  3. Employees feeling like their job is part of something meaningful.

This recognition follows a busy year for awards at Bounteous, including being named to Crain's Chicago Best Places to Work, Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies, and Adobe Emerging Partner of the Year.
