I'm a seasoned user experience (UX) leader and practitioner who’s been designing user-centered digital experiences for over 20 years. I possess strong capabilities across the full spectrum of experience and service design, including UX research, experience strategy, customer journeys, empathy mapping, user flows, wireframes, design systems, prototyping, and usability testing. A design thinker, my empathetic communication style, propensity for mentorship, attention to detail, and eclectic background contribute to successful projects across a broad range of sectors. I have a BA from DePaul University in Human-Computer Interaction.
