Telco's Forward-Deployed Edge

Tue, Nov 10, 2026 | 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM ET

Why You Need Forward-Deployed Engineers

Forward-deployed engineers are technical specialists embedded directly inside your network and customer experience teams, not handed a spec and sent away. That's the shape missing from most telco AI rollouts: pilots that work in a lab, then stall the moment real teams try to run them.

Join Bounteous for a 45-minute session on where AI value stalls in telco, why the team shape around the model matters more than the model itself, and what the forward-deployed shape leading operators are building looks like. You'll leave with a way to find where your own AI investment is stalling, and what it takes to fix it.
