Top Experience Manager Rock Star of four global finalists makes for second consecutive Bounteous win

CHICAGO & LAS VEGAS March 28, 2019 — Mark Adamcin, Lead Architect with Bounteous, is the 2019 Adobe Experience Manager Rock Star. He was named this year’s AEM Rock Star at Adobe Summit on Wednesday, March 27, following his live demonstration of “OakPAL Interactive.”

The Experience Manager Rock Star competition features four finalists from a globe-wide search sharing tips, tricks, and strategies for the vast AEM community. Each participant gets a fixed number of minutes to talk about a business challenge and do a live demo of how they used Experience Manager and other Experience Cloud solutions to solve it. 
  
OakPAL is a powerful new framework for analysis and validation of FileVault content packages. While the oakpal-maven-plugin makes it easy to add existing third-party package validation checklists to your build, you may need some help creating your own checks to enforce the specific standards of your team and your organization. 
 
The presentation showed how to add the oakpal-maven-plugin to an existing AEM Maven project, and how to enable the compatibility checklist provided by ACS AEM Commons. Adamcin then demonstrated how to quickly create a javascript check to find some common issues with template and component development during the build.
