Four Years Running, Bounteous Takes Home Chicago Tribune's Top Workplaces Award
Bounteous is once again named a Top Workplace, according to the Chicago Tribune. Our 2019 win marks the fourth consecutive year to be named to the highly-competitive program, recognizing the most dynamic and organizationally healthy companies in the Chicagoland area.
The ranking is a result of anonymous employee surveys measuring several aspects of workplace culture including alignment, execution, and connection. On average, organizations see only 31 percent of employees engaged in their work. Top Workplaces see on average 58 percent engagement in their workforce.
“Bounteous cultivates and sustains a positive and productive culture of top talent, as evidenced by our consistent recognition in the Chicago-area and company-wide,” said Leah Weyandt, Bounteous VP of Talent & Culture. “We hire the right people, keep them motivated and engaged, and in turn deliver great work for our customers.”
Approximately 255 organizations participated in the research by the Chicago Tribune and technology-based employee engagement firm Energage. Bounteous placed 29 in the small business category.
“Our research also shows that these organizations achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “It just goes to show that being intentional about culture delivers bottom-line results.”
