Triple-digit revenue growth, robust company culture continues to drive success at leading digital experience agency

CHICAGO — August 14, 2019 — Inc. magazine again recognizes Bounteous on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the publication’s prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. Bounteous, a leading insights-driven digital experience agency, achieves growth through increasing value for clients and a thriving, award-winning company culture.

This is the sixth consecutive year that Bounteous has been named a growing private company on the list. Bounteous experienced explosive growth in 2019 with annual revenue increasing by more than 66 percent year over year, and earning its spot on the list for achieving 135 percent growth over the last three years. The agency ranked 2,792nd overall, 128th in Illinois, and 125th in the Greater Chicago area, where it’s headquartered.

“We’re honored to be named to the Inc. 5000 for the sixth consecutive year because growth is a strong bellwether that we're providing value to our clients,” said Keith Schwartz, co-founder and CEO of Bounteous. “Bounteous is able to consistently grow because we’re an employer of choice, allowing us to attract and retain top talent.”

Bounteous also took the 70th spot in companies offering IT Systems Development. While entries are limited to single industries, Bounteous services cover a holistic approach to digital transformation, including design and development, analytics and data science, and marketing, media, and personalization.

The 38th annual Inc. 5000 list represents a unique look at the most successful, independent companies in the United States. Many Bounteous clients and partners have also been honorees on the Inc. 5000, including Domino’s Pizza, Zipcar, TransPerfect, Acquia, and Algolia.

Not only have the companies on the 2019 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets, but the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists. The 2019 Inc. 5000 achieved an astounding three-year average growth of 454 percent, and a median rate of 157 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $237.7 billion in 2018, accounting for 1.2 million jobs over the past three years.

“The companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 have followed so many different paths to success,” said Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter. “There’s no single course you can follow or investment you can take that will guarantee this kind of spectacular growth. But what they have in common is persistence and seizing opportunities.”
