Business Issue
In a market where mobile data is the primary chargeable commodity, the Telco needed to adhere to strict SLAs for operational readiness and system availability. They required a partner with deep BSS domain expertise and hands-on experience in large BSS System Operations, DevOps, and transformation/migration projects.
Solution
Within six weeks of contract signing, we took over the nationwide operations of the BSS System, ensuring no disruption to the Telco’s business processes. We met or exceeded all KPIs and SLAs, implementing necessary tools and reporting mechanisms for system monitoring. Concurrently, we supported the architectural consolidation and migration of the legacy BSS System to a new stack, ensuring seamless database migration, enhanced cataloging, and improved system efficiency.
Outcomes
We successfully met and exceeded all system and business KPIs without impacting the Telco’s operations or end subscribers. The project included flawless system architecture consolidation and migration support, transitioning from the legacy stack to the new BSS stack in a gradual and efficient manner.
