Our History
Bounteous was founded in 2003 as HS2 Solutions, with a focus on building high-performing digital experiences for leading brands. From the beginning, our growth was driven by a simple idea: combine deep technical expertise with an understanding of how people engage with technology.
As the market evolved, so did we.
Through strategic acquisitions including LunaMetrics, Demac Media, Infield Digital, The Archer Group, FortyFour, Hathway Digital, Lister Digital, and Cartesian, we expanded our capabilities across experience design, commerce, data, analytics, and engineering.
In 2018, we unified under the Bounteous name, marking our evolution into an end-to-end digital transformation consultancy, but digital transformation was only the beginning.
In 2024, a pivotal milestone reshaped our trajectory. The merger with Accolite Digital brought together deep engineering, cloud, data, and AI expertise with our legacy strength in experience and design. With Sudarshan Mandayam stepping in as CEO, the combined organization aligned around a new mandate: helping enterprises operationalize AI at scale.
This marked our transition from digital transformation to AI services.
