I am part of the FIT BU team at the Marina collaboration center in Chennai. I work as a marketing tools automation consultant using various automation tools like Braze, Marketo, etc. My involvement in multiple projects has given me the opportunity to interact with different kinds of stakeholders and be part of the customer journey right from requirement gathering to successful implementations. I help clients build HTMLs and execute their email, push, and SMS marketing campaigns using different marketing platforms. I have an eagerness to learn new things like technology and management.
