As digital transformation continues to accelerate across various industries, having a strategic digital plan across the entire spectrum from strategy to execution becomes essential. I believe one of the main ingredients to continuously evolve in this ever-changing landscape is to have a learning mindset. Regardless of the job at hand, big or small, curiosity is advantageous, and being vulnerable in not knowing is ok. Effective leaders are self-aware, projecting change management and continuous learning and growing. In my role at Bounteous, I strive to use my experience to foster an environment where my team members are supported in their learning journey to ultimately generate growth.
