A Quick Pivot to Curbside Pickup
We implemented curbside pickup functionality into Shake Shack’s app in just seven weeks to compensate for the loss of in-Shack dining experiences.
Delivery as a Service
To delight even more guests, our teams partnered with UberEats to integrate order delivery functions directly into Shake Shack’s app. Guests now enjoy classic Shack flavors delivered right to their doorstep.
