Solutions & Impact
To do this, we partnered to streamline its digital experience by launching a fast, intuitive booking engine that provided a better customer experience by personalizing content across the web and mobile. The homepage and rewards app were redesigned to enhance engagement, while teams were restructured to support seamless check-in and arrival experiences. Cloud and vendor migrations were also completed, embedding team members in Agile squads to accelerate delivery and adoption.
