Global Commerce and Retail Forum with BWG and Adobe

Adobe predicts that global commerce sales will reach $4.2 trillion this year, with U.S. consumers accounting for close to one-quarter of spending. Global commerce requires a detailed understanding of the entire customer journey and the nuances involved with customer engagement as retailers expand to additional regions.

Coca-Cola, Bounteous, Adobe, and BWG hosted a moderated roundtable discussion during the BWG Global eCommerce & Retail Forum on the challenges and opportunities that global retailers face in engaging customers across their entire digital journey.
