Writing SQL in an outdated dashboarding tool was a challenge in this Database Management Company’s data analysis process; the dashboard tool lacked features, and work was manual and required a specialist. This dependency on specialists from non-technical users was slowing everything down, leading to longer wait times for insights and causing inconsistent queries. Additionally, specialists needed to switch between documents, metadata, and editors which caused disrupted operations and productivity.
