Working alongside their Martech Center of Excellence, we ensured compliance through AI governance and introduced a shared value scorecard to align teams on performance metrics. Within 11 days, we achieved a 72% lift in click-through rate, identified the top experience faster, and drove three times more incremental clicks. Based on lift, EBIT gain projections for 12-months equaled $854,000 in additional online sales. The pilot’s success led to more Auto-Allocate use cases and accelerated additional AI unlocks.
