Knowing whether your organization is ready for personalization means exercising your marketing, experience design (XD), and Drupal architecture muscles. In this session, attendees learned how to perform a current state audit to know where to start on their personalization journey. This includes a personalization readiness assessment for your organization, identification of the right types of people who will need to support your personalization efforts, and an audit of your existing experience to know if it's ready to go or if things need to change.
